Add A User To Your Account
Add a user to your account so they can open support tickets by email
Login to https://cp.gothambus.com
Go To https://cp.gothambus.com and login
Click My DetailsAdd New Contact
Click Add New Contact
Fill In User Info
Fill in all the users info and click the 'Support Email' check box and then click 'Save Change"
Now this user can open support tickets by email.
